Old Hebrew Bible

Isaiah 61:1-3a
The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me, because the LORD has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn, and provide for those who grieve in Zion– to bestow on them the crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair.

Leviticus 25:8-55
Count off seven sabbaths of years–seven times seven years–so that the seven sabbaths of years amount to a period of forty-nine years. Then have the trumpet sounded everywhere on the tenth day of the seventh month; on the Day of Atonement sound the trumpet throughout your land. Consecrate the fiftieth year and proclaim liberty throughout the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a jubilee for you; each one of you is to return to his family property and each to his own clan. The fiftieth year shall be a jubilee for you; do not sow and do not reap what grows of itself or harvest the untended vines. For it is a jubilee and is to be holy for you; eat only what is taken directly from the fields. In this Year of Jubilee everyone is to return to his own property.

Deuteronomy 15:1-3
At the end of every seven years you must cancel debts. This is how it is to be done: Every creditor shall cancel the loan he has made to his fellow Israelite. He shall not require payment from his fellow Israelite or brother, because the Lord’s time for canceling debts has been proclaimed. You may require payment from a foreigner, but you must cancel any debt your brother owes you.

Deuteronomy 15:9
Be careful not to harbor this wicked thought: “The seventh year, the year for canceling debts, is near,” so that you do not show ill will toward your needy brother and give him nothing. He may then appeal to the LORD against you, and you will be found guilty of sin.

Deuteronomy 15:12-15
If a fellow Hebrew, a man or a woman, sells himself to you and serves you six years, in the seventh year you must let him go free. And when you release him, do not send him away empty-handed. Supply him liberally from your flock, your threshing floor and your winepress. Give to him as the LORD your God has blessed you. Remember that you were slaves in Egypt and the LORD your God redeemed you. That is why I give you this command today.

Deuteronomy 31:10-11
Then Moses commanded them: At the end of every seven years, in the year for canceling debts, during the Feast of Tabernacles, when all Israel comes to appear before the LORD your God at the place he will choose, you shall read this law before them in their hearing.

Exodus 21:2
If you buy a Hebrew servant, he is to serve you for six years. But in the seventh year, he shall go free, without paying anything.

Jeremiah 34:14
Every seventh year each of you must free any fellow Hebrew who has sold himself to you. After he has served you six years, you must let him go free.

Nehemiah 10:31
When the neighboring peoples bring merchandise or grain to sell on the Sabbath, we will not buy from them on the Sabbath or on any holy day. Every seventh year we will forgo working the land and will cancel all debts.

Ezekiel 46:17
If, however, he makes a gift from his inheritance to one of his servants, the servant may keep it until the year of freedom; then it will revert to the prince. His inheritance belongs to his sons only; it is theirs.

He still speaks of His jubilee.

For many days, the Lord repeatedly told me to get closer to Him. I prayed and fasted following His instructions. On December 12, 2009, I was in Kampala in Africa Harvest Conference that took place at Kitintale by Africa Harvest Mission; I felt the power and the presence of the Holy Spirit mightily. It is at that time that I received four divine messages, the burden and the mission of sharing it with the people of God to make it happen.

On December 12, 2009

It is three years to Jubilee, Rwanda and Burundi have to celebrate My jubilee. They will complete 50 years from their independence day in 2012 and hence celebrate My Jubilee.

Let the message of Repentance, Forgiveness, Reconciliation and Unity be preached all over the countries (Rwanda and Burundi) on different levels and prayer with supplications be made for the revival of these countries and the world.

Let go the past of kingship, slavery, colonization and genocide. Divorce the grudge of the past and declare a new era of rival and of God’s visitation.

For this end, let preparations be made and other nations sensitized. Welcome representatives (Political & spiritual as well) delegates and participants from Africa, Europe, America (former slaves and masters) Arab countries and, the Jews etc.

Though you are small peoples, you are My chosen instruments to heal, to change and bless the world: Not by might nor by power but by My Spirit. Zachariah 4:6

You have to celebrate My jubilee for My honor. Focus on My Eternal Kingdom; it is your destiny. Remember, “All power is given to me in heaven and on earth”. Matthew 28:18

On the last day, a military parade with the song “Glory to His name”.
The Assembly sings, “How Great Thou art”
